A Florida lease, and application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. The $50 processing fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Please note that a $1,500 security deposit will be HELD against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of 3% will be charged to cover costs. Landings of Largo requires a 5 day notice. Feel free to inquire for all details.
