Safe and secure gated community. Third floor apartment with elevator access. No Pets and no smoking at the request of the owner. Rentals are by the month, limited to a minimum of 28 days*.

Summer Sea is a multi-story condominium on the Bayside in Tavernier, Florida. The complex is located at mile marker 88.5 which is within The Village of Islamorada. A Florida lease, and application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. Their $200 processing fee is non-refundable. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice. 28 day minimum, Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking. Please note that a $1,000 security deposit will be held against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. If you cancel your reservation the 3% cancellation fee  is non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of 3% will be charged to cover costs.
