Safe and secure gated community. Third floor apartment with elevator access. No Pets and no smoking at the request of the owner. Rentals are by the month, limited to a minimum of 28 days*.

Summer Sea is a multi-story condominium on the Bayside in Tavernier, Florida. The complex is located at mile marker 88.5 which is within The Village of Islamorada. A Florida lease, and application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. Their $200 processing fee is non-refundable. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice. 28 day minimum, Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking. Please note that a $1,000 security deposit will be held against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. If you cancel your reservation the 3% credit card fee charged to process the payments is non-refundable.
