Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5-day notice, and their $200 fee is nonrefundable. If you cancel your reservation the 3% credit card fee charged to process the payments is non-refundable. Please note that the security deposit will be held against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Please note that a $1,500 security deposit will be HELD against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of 3% will be charged to cover costs.
