Summer Sea has a beautiful large swimming pool, heated and cooled, and a second kids swimming pool, a game room with billiard tables, children's playroom, gym, laundry rooms and free community Wi-Fi!. The marina is teeming with sea life with the occasional manatee. Sit out on the sand to watch the fantastic sunsets or up on the roof top deck for a stunning view. Balcony has only partial view of the marina and bay.

Fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, bicycling, dining, and shopping are all nearby. Note: First come, first serve dockage is available January through April only. The condominium has size restrictions and insurance requirements. No storage available for trailers on property.

 In an effort to keep the residents heathy, Summer Sea Condominium is now requiring a clear Covid19 test taken either 3 days prior to arrival or 3-5 days after arrival. Anyone who has symptoms or tests positive will be required to self-isolate as per the current DC guidelines.
