No Pets, No Smoking. Florida Lease required. application and background check performed by the condominium is required. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5-day notice, and their $200 fee is nonrefundable. Please note that a $1,000 security deposit will be HELD against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of 3% will be charged to cover costs.
