There is a private balcony off the master bedroom. Plan to enjoy an al-fresco meal on either of the two spacious balconies.  Also, private high-speed WIFI, and Comcast HiDef TV with Netflix. February requires a 2 month's stay.  

Summer Sea has a beautiful large swimming pool, heated and cooled, and a second kids' swimming pool, an adult entertainment room with billiard tables and more, a children's playroom, a fitness room, laundry rooms, and free community Wi-Fi!. The marina is teeming with sea life with the occasional manatee. Sit out at the sandy beach area on one of the many Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the fantastic sunsets or up on the rooftop deck for a stunning view. There is off-street parking for 1 car in the parking lot.

Fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, bicycling, dining, grocery stores, health clinics, Founders Park, shopping, and more are all nearby.  Summer Seas offers a comfortable and lovely home base providing easy access to Miami, Key Largo, Marathon, and Key West.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

If you cancel your reservation, depending on which booking site you used, the 3% credit card fee charged to process the payments already made may not be able to be refunded. Feel free to inquire for all details.
