  Step outside your unit to your boat just steps away from your door. Or head to the tennis courts, pickleball courts or gym for a morning workout then cool off in the pool. After a long day of successful fishing & lobstering use one of the cleaning stations to prepare your food & the grill by the pools. 

  Our unit is conveniently located across the highway from Sea Oats Beach, less than a mile from one of the nicest sand bars in Islamorada known to locals as ‘Ann's beach’ a favorite to most for its crystal clear water with sandy white beaches. On the other side of the bridge experience Alligator Lighthouse, an iconic lighthouse known for its gorgeous reef & wildlife

 Experience the fishing capital of the world, home to virtually almost every species of fish that swims. The Bayside offers the option to sight fish the shallow flats between hidden mangroves & catch one of the game fish that satisfy a majority of the backcountry. Oceanside presents an entirely different form of fishing & is conveniently located on the other side of the bridge. Hunters are able to jump into the water with a spear gun & deep-sea fishers are given the opportunity to reel in a variety of monstrous fish.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

If you cancel your reservation, depending on which booking site you used, the 3% credit card fee charged to process the payments already made may not be able to be refunded. Feel free to inquire for details.
