A note on Monthly Rentals at Summer Sea Condominiums

*The Village of Islamorada does not allow us to rent in Summer Sea Condominiums for periods of under 28 days. We are not able to make an exception on the lease of this unit, however, you are most certainly allowed to come and go whenever you please. If you rent for a month, the unit will be yours to use for a month, if you only use a week or two, that is okay. However, we are not able to discount rentals based on stays under one month.

Leilas Beach House, at 200 ocean terrace in Islamorada, Florida is a gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bathroom – three story vacation rental home with a private beach, heated pool, and amazing ocean views. Recently renovated to be modern, with rustic touches. It is an open concept, with raised ceilings and an industrial styled kitchen. Large sliding glass doors and windows bring in natural light throughout the home. Entertain inside or outside on the decks, dip in the heated pool, wiggle your toes in the sand, or just hide in your 3rd floor master suite, which has its own private ocean terrace. It is a beautiful home that has been tastefully decorated.

With an amazing top floor private master suite, this secluded, gated treasure is surrounded by tropical trees and palms that bring you a wonderful Keys experience. Two Paddle Boards and a small beach catamaran are included to get you over the flats in order to enjoy the ocean to its fullest.

Leila’s Beach house is close to The Green Turtle Restaurant, Pierre’s and Morada Bay, Islamorada Fish Company, Islamorada Marina, Worldwide Sportsmen, and Islamorada’s art district. Deep Sea and back country fishing as well as boat rentals are a hop-skip and jump away. This is one of the best locations in all of Islamorada.

It is an easy trip to The Islamorada Art Walk or Art District, and to Morada Bay/Pierre’s for The Full Moon Party.



Note: Our beach is imported sand, as the majority of the keys is actually old coral. This is one of the few places in The Upper Keys where a beach exists. From the beach out to the reef is Turtle grass and soft bottom flats. This means that snorkeling from the beach is possible, but it is neither enjoyable nor recommended. Sailing and paddle boarding from the beach is much more fun!

Snorkeling and Diving are best suited from a boat out on the reef. If you would like recommendations for such activities, please ask!

Booking and questions

Rates change seasonally, this home is highly desirable and books quickly. Repeat Guests have been booking two to three years in advance. There are dates available, please reach out to John Gallant at (305) 587-3663 to check availability.
